How to update your Minecraft server version
Please make a backup of your server before following this tutorial.
- Go to your server's console.
- Stop the server.
- Go to the "Files" tab on the top.
- Delete the old `server.jar` file.
- Download the updated `server.jar` file.
- Upload it to your server's files. WARNING: If the file is not named exactly `server.jar`, please make sure to rename it to that.
- Start your server, and you should now be running the updated Minecraft version.
